Fox Shooting Capreolus Club

Fox Shooting

This much overlooked species represents the UK's largest predator and in it's 'Winter Fur' can make for a stunning looking animal.

With its reputation for cunning, the Red Fox can be a difficult species to hunt, added to this, the fact that the Fox is a common enemy for many farmers and livestock owners and it is no surprise that many land owners welcome the shooting of this animal when ever opportunity presents itself.

For those club members who are stalking deer with us, we allow these animals to be shot free of charge, however for those that would like to make a special event of hunting the Red Fox, the Capreolus Club can arrange for Fox Shooting to take place both during the day or at night through 'lamping' and 'calling' on any one of our estates throughout the year.
