The 1st of November sees the opening of the doe season, and with it the chance to be amongst the first out for Roe does over our exclusive Chiltern grounds. Combined with our ever-present Muntjac, which may be stalked all year round, success rates at this time of year are typically high, making it the ideal outing for those looking to begin filling the freezer with healthy, free-range venison as winter draws in.
