Muntjac Mania - Chiltern Hills

The Chiltern Hills are home to one of the densest populations of Muntjac anywhere in the UK, and late November is the perfect time to make the most of them.

Unlike our other quarry, the Muntjac has no close season and may be stalked year-round, offering the genuine prospect of more than one animal in a single outing. Add the now-open Roe doe into the mix and this sociable, action-packed day is one not to be missed, equally suited to the seasoned rifle and to those building their confidence.

As ever, the day begins with an all-inclusive lunch, followed by an afternoon and evening stalk over our exclusive Chiltern grounds. Expect to head home with some of the most sustainable, free-range, non-intensively farmed venison available anywhere.
