As any serious deer Roe stalker will tell you, late July is prime time to be hunting the elegant and highly prized Roebuck.

To celebrate this high point in the summer calendar, the club is hosting a special, extended stalk event in the Chiltern Hills during the peak of the rut.

The event will commence with a late lunch followed by a demonstration of some of the techniques involved in Roe calling. Members will then be given their own ‘Buttalo call’ and an opportunity to put their skills to the test at calling and ‘grassing’ a Roebuck.

This is one of our favourite events and always proves extremely popular. Book early to avoid disappointment.

(*NB: Only Roebuck & Muntjac Buck may be shot during this event. Shot deer will be charged at usual Capreolus Club / County Deer Stalking rates).
