Spanish Montería

Montería is the most traditional and oldest form of large game hunting in Spain. It is also one of the most exhilarating hunting experiences anywhere in the world.

Experience over eight centuries of tradition as wild Boar, Mouflon, Red & Fallow Deer are driven toward waiting guns by beaters and dogs.

Great care is taken to ensure the sustainability of these hunts with some areas only shot every few years, to ensure that animals in the region are kept to levels that are well balanced with the environment.

In a first for the Capreolus Club, this year we are delighted to be working with one of Spain’s most well respected providers, just outside of Madrid.
